Terms of Service

• Account ownership. Your account is personal to you and secured with your credentials. Keep them safe.
• One account per player. Each player may hold a single account. Multiple or shared accounts are not permitted.
• No account selling. You may not sell, trade, rent or transfer your account.
• No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another player, staff member or organization.

To protect the integrity of ranked play and leaderboards, the following are strictly prohibited:

• No cheating of any kind.
• No exploiting bugs or glitches for advantage.
• No hacks, bots or automation tools.
• No modified or third-party clients.

Coins, cosmetics and other in-game items are virtual items. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain the property of WorldClue, licensed to you for use within the game. We may modify, remove or reset virtual items where necessary.

WorldClue offers two optional permanent, one-time digital purchases: the Ad Remover and Multiplayer Premium. They can also be bought together as the discounted Complete WorldClue Bundle.

• Digital, one-time purchases. Both products are digital and are purchased once — they are not subscriptions and do not renew.
• Linked to your account. Purchases are tied to the WorldClue account used during checkout and are not transferable.
• Ad Remover. Removes normal display advertising from your account. It does not affect any optional rewarded advertising that may be offered separately in the future.
• Multiplayer Premium. Increases the capacity of rooms you host from 2 to up to 8 total players. It provides no ranked, scoring or coin advantage of any kind.
• Pricing & currency. EUR is the base currency. USD prices are converted and shown before checkout. The exact final currency and total are always displayed before payment.
• Refunds. Full refunds revoke the related entitlement — a refunded Ad Remover restores standard advertising, and a refunded Multiplayer Premium returns newly created rooms to a maximum of 2 players. Partial refunds are reviewed manually. Refunds do not remove players from an active room in progress.
• No duplicate purchases. A permanent product you already own cannot be purchased again.

We may warn, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of virtual items.

WorldClue is continually evolving. We may add, change or remove features, seasons, cosmetics and rules over time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will ask you to accept the updated version before continuing to play.

WorldClue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of progress, or loss of virtual items arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
